 TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you wish to purchase on this website, you must be over 18 years old, hold a valid credit card and have an active email address. You must provide us with an accurate address information and phone number that you can be reached on in any time.  

If by any chance the information you provided us is incorrect and the package will be returned to MYKI – we will have to charge all delivery and taxes expense. If by any reason the credit card provided is refused – the purchase will be cancelled and MYKI will send you an email of cancelation.

 In order to protect your personal information, MYKI takes precautions and does its best to keep confidentiality of the information provided.

credit card information will be encrypted according to the strictest information security standards. Credit card details are not saved in any way by MYKI. 

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

We will always do our best to provide you the items you chose on the website.   

If for some reason an item that appears in stock at the time of purchase cannot be provided - we will contact you as soon as possible by email. We will do our best to offer an equivalent item. In case you are not interested in our offer, we will refund you.

PRE-ORDER AVAILABILITY

It's possible to pre-order items that are expected to arrive in the near future.
The estimated delivery date, confirmed by the suppliers, can be found on the product page.
Items in pre-order will be shipped out as soon as they become available, while the costumer is charged the same day of the order placement.
MYKI can not be held responsible for delivery date changes, cancelled or modified issued by the suppliers.
If for any reason, the items is not supplied MYKI, we will refund the charge.

PRODUCTS INFORMATION AND PRICING 

MYKI is doing its best to ensure that the contents in this website -such as prices and images are accurate. While doing so, if an error is brought to our attention, we will make sure to correct it as soon as possible. we are not liable for any damage that may occur as a result of an error.

MYKI reserves the right to update or change the prices in any given time.

MYKI uses the Images you find on the website for the purpose of illustration only.

However, given the fact that the image quality may depend on the IT tools used by the customer, the customer’s perception of the description or photographic representation of the items may not correspond exactly to the items themselves; therefore, the images and videos accompanying the presentation of the items must be published on the website as a mere description.

In the event that the items delivered are found to be faulty or different from the items ordered, MYKI shall undertake to provide you with an alternative to his/hers choice:
a) the delivery of items which are identical to those ordered according to
stock availability, or b) the delivery of equivalent items in quality and price according
to stock availability, or c) the refund of the price of the items and shipping costs. 

TRANSACTION WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to cancel his/hers purchase within 10 days from receiving the package.
to cancel the purchase the customer must send an email to shop@MYKI.co.il to
request a transaction cancellation. In case of transaction cancellation MYKI has the right to deduce 5% or 100NIS from the amount that is refunded (which is the lowest).

If the package has been already sent- the delivery/shipping costs will be deduced from the refund. If the returned items won’t be with all original tags, packaging and other accessories. If the items have been worn, washed by the customer or altered in any way and not returned in perfect condition – MYKI keeps the right not to cancel the transaction and the customer will carry all delivery/shipping coasts.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Please not that refunds usually take place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

CURRENCY

MYKI’s website prices are in NIS and all charges will be made in this currency. Please note, the actual rate which the customer will be charged for may change according to your credit card provider or bank.

 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
OF THE CUSTOMER

Myki will carry out the delivery of the Goods to the address provided by the customer in the purchase order, using a dedicated carrier. More in-depth information regarding the shipping timeframes, costs and locations can be found in the Shipping and Delivery section of the Website. 

Myki assumes no responsibility for any errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness when filling in the purchase order by the customer, or for any damage incurred by the Goods after delivery by the carrier, or for any delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, international customs issues or by other circumstances which are beyond Myki’s control.

In the event that one or more Goods are unavailable, Myki will
notify the Customer by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of registering on the Website. In this case Myki will refund the Customer – by crediting the customer’s payment card or account provided for purchase – for the sale price and also, where the purchase relates only to the one Item which is unavailable, the shipping costs. Subject to the customer’s consent, Myki may send an Item other than the one ordered, of equivalent value.

In case of a pre-order, if any of the designers decides to make any changes in the production phase and/or not to manufacture one or more items, where there is a change or where the pre-ordered item is not delivered by the designer, Myki shall contact the Customer to ask for his/her express consent to proceed with the shipping in any case or to cancel the order and provide a refund.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information and data he/she provides to Myki and shall undertake to promptly notify them of any changes in the previously provided data.

 WEBSITE USE

The user is solely responsible for his/her use of the website and its content, and is solely responsible for the safeguard and proper use of his/her personal information, including the credentials used to access the website and any harmful consequences that may result from incorrect use, loss or theft of such information.

Excluding liability for intent and gross negligence, MYKI assumes no liability for use of the Website and its content by the user that does not comply with current regulations, nor for providing incorrect or fake information, or data that pertains to third parties without the express consent of the latter.

MYKI assumes no liability in relation to the malfunctioning of the Website or to damages caused to the user by using the Website, which are not causally related to MYKI.
