Order under 800 NIS - 45 NIS.
Order over 800 NIS – free delivery.
You are welcome to pick up the order at the store within 1 business day.

WORLDWIDE
MYKI ships worldwide via DHL Express.
Shipping may take 3-21 business days.
Delivery costs:
Asia- 90 euro (350 NIS).
Europ- 75 euro (290 NIS).
USA- 75 euro (290 NIS).
International-115 euro (450 NIS).
**The shipping cost varies based on the currency exchange rate.

Please also note that in case, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping details relating to your order. For international orders, we are required by the shipping carrier to provide your phone number in order to contact you to arrange the delivery and for customs purposes if necessary. Please make sure to enter a valid and correct phone number at the time of your purchase.

Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed. Myki is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company or any other circumstances beyond Myki’s control.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt.
Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on several factors such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them when asked by your local authorities.
